Fishcakes are legendary in Barbados. You'll find them everywhere, perfect for sundowners. Ours are fried fresh to order, light, fluffy saltfish balls, served with Fancy Sauce.

Our take on the Bajan cutter. Fried chicken, marinated and seasoned properly, served in a soft bun with soused cucumber, crispy onions, and Fancy Sauce.

Plant-based, done properly. Crispy Bajan-seasoned Quorn with lettuce, soused cucumber, crispy onions, and vegan Fancy Sauce.
