For the full Barbs experience, we highly recommend our hero dishes! Bajan Fried Chicken (BFC): Our signature dish. It's crispy, juicy, and marinated in a secret blend of Bajan seasonings. Bajan Fish Cakes: Savoury salted codfish cakes, seasoned with Caribbean herbs and spices. Souse: A traditional Bajan pickled dish, showcasing the unique blend of flavours found in Barbadian cuisine.

Bajan food is full of flavour, but not always fiery hot! We tailor our dishes to suit a range of spice preferences. From our signature, medium-hot Fancy Sauce to our fiery traditional Bajan Hot Sauce and the mild Lime Mayo, you can choose your own level of heat.
